The LUX Lung 1 clinical trial has already been completed in over 500 patients, the study has been performed world-wide, we will have the opportunity to evaluate the activity in a very, very important patient population selected for poor criteria of sensitivity to chemotherapy or TKI.
The LUX Lung 2 study has been completed and we got very important 67% response rate with a 97% disease control in all the population. These data are very encouraging because they show the activity of the compound in a patient population refractory to chemotherapy, selected for response to TKI inhibitors, because they harbour mutation of the epidermal growth factor receptor, and this trial confirmed the important activity of this compound because the response rate of over 60% in second-line is quite unusual and certainly impossible with traditional chemotherapy.
