A plasmid construct of fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR). Plasmids are fragments of DNA found in bacteria that are used experimentally to manipulate DNA. The genome for FGFR is expressed differently in different cells, so different pFGFRs are used in research into how FGFR regulates cell function.
